Situated on Mitchells Island in the beautiful Manning Valley, Weeroona Caravan Park is located 26 km east of Taree at the mouth of the Manning River, about 3.5 hours north of Sydney.
Set in 40 acres of natural bushland, the Park is bounded by the river on one side and miles of superb, unspoiled ocean beach on the other.
Accommodation ranges from deluxe ensuite cabins, to spacious cabin vans and beautifully shaded and grassed campsites. The facilities are excellent, including swimming pool and toddlers wading pool, BBQ areas offering both gas and wood fired cooking, hot water and fridges. Spotless modern amenities include a disabled facility.
Recreational
activities include, boating, fishing, swimming, surfing and cycling. The Park has it's own jetty and boat hire is close by. The campground is
a sanddune away from the beach. The park has 4WD access as well as a short
walking trail. A popular feature of the Park is the children's playground
with an entertaining range of play equipment.
