Situated on Mitchells Island in the beautiful Manning Valley, Weeroona Caravan Park is located 26 km east of Taree at the mouth of the Manning River, about 3.5 hours north of Sydney.
Set in 40 acres of natural bushland, the Park is bounded by the river on one side and miles of superb, unspoiled ocean beach on the other.
Accommodation available includes 2 Bedroom Lagoon Cottages and Ensuite cabins,and beautifully shaded and grassed powered and non powered campsites, ensuites are available (conditions apply). The facilities are excellent, including swimming pool and toddlers wading pool, BBQ areas offering gas cooking, hot water and fridges. We have three spotless modern amenities blocks including two with disabled access.
Recreational
activities include, boating, fishing, swimming, surfing and cycling. The Park has it's own jetty. The campground is
a sanddune away from the beach. The park has 4WD access as well as a short
walking trail. A popular feature of the Park is the children's playground
with an entertaining range of play equipment.
